Comfort, relaxation and rest in Paradise
Mountain huts Stará Horáreň 1 and 2 are the right place for your holiday in the Slovak Paradise in every season. They are located in the settlement Lániho huta 3 kilometres from the town of Dobšiná. They offer stylish and comfortable accommodation in close proximity to the Slovak Paradise. It is two separate accommodation facilities with a capacity of 11 and 7 beds. Each of the cottages has its own equipped kitchen and lounge with fireplace.
Guests staying in both cottages also have at their disposal:
- outdoor gazebo with seating, fireplace and barbecue,
- storage room for bicycles and skis,
- free car parking directly at the building,
- free WiFi internet access,
- for an extra charge the possibility to use the private wellness of the Mountain Chalet Stará Horáreň I.
Wellness
The cottages offer a number of additional services for their clients, such as wellness (Finnish sauna and jacuzzi with light variations), the possibility of horseback riding directly from the property, or experiential discovery of small goat, sheep and rabbit breeding, especially attractive for the youngest visitors.
For sports enthusiasts
The Stará Horáreň I. and II. mountain huts are an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling in the Slovak Paradise National Park and its surroundings. During the winter season, fans of cross-country and downhill skiing will find a wealth of sports activities in the area. On request, the owners of the accommodation facility will be happy to help their guests organize a group program or a trip.
