Come on September 18, 2025, to experience a unique day dedicated to the medieval Carthusian monastery in Kláštorisko.
This is a traditional event organized by the municipality of Letanovce and the municipal organization KAML, in which heritage conservationists also participate through methodological, professional, and media cooperation. The event for the public and visitors brings to life the legendary medieval Carthusian monastery at Kláštorisko in Slovak Paradise, with its latest research, presentations of modern virtual tours, and lectures. This time, you will experience the topic of digitization and reverse engineering in the restoration and presentation of cultural heritage in practice, presented by Peter Ďurica, archaeologist of the village of Letanovce, in cooperation with Juraj Slivka, the village of Letanovce, and KAML.
Visitors will experience presentations of the latest topics and, using QR codes, will be able to individually explore the interiors of the defunct Carthusian monastery and view photogrammetrically documented archaeological discoveries from the latest research.
